Once the cast iron is poured and molded into our 5.5 Dutch Oven Shape, it gets sprayed by hand with a layer of enamel. Treating the cast iron body with enamel prevents rusting, allows you to cook acidic ingredients, and requires no seasoning. Best of all, it’s extremely easy to clean.

After thoughtfully designing the body of our Dutch Oven with durable cast iron and a thin layer of enamel, we turned our attention to the lid. Our lid not only traps steam perfectly, but it is also engineered with pea-sized dimples that evenly return steam to your food, effectively basting whatever you’re cooking. This results in perfectly tender braises, crusty bread with an airy interior, and perfectly roasted chicken, every single time.
